1. Purpose

1.1 These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of water bottles with sprayers by Nessify to its customers.

2. Prices

2.1 Product prices are indicated in local currency and are subject to change without notice.

2.2 The Customer is responsible for full payment of the price indicated at the time of ordering.

3. Orders

3.1 All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

3.2 The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without giving a reason.

4. Delivery

4.1 The Seller will endeavor to meet the indicated delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

4.2 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be indicated at the time of ordering.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for products is made in several stages at the time of ordering.

6. Complaints and Returns

6.1 The Customer must inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 30 days of receipt.

6.2 Returned products must be in their original condition and accompanied by all supplied accessories.

7. Warranty

7.1 The products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

8. Liability

8.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 The Seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the Customer's personal information in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

10.1 The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new conditions will be published on the Seller's website.
